Billing
We are a private-pay speech therapy practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Initial Evaluation: $300 includes comprehensive assessment & report
25 minute session: $80
50 minute session: $160
FEES
While we do not participate directly with insurance plans, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that clients may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan.
INSURANCE
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
